Deleting Your Account – California Users

To delete your account via different Uncensor VPN apps, follow the steps below:

• iPhone (Uncensor VPN app):​ Open the app → Log in → Tap the Settings icon → Tap Contact Us → Select Manage the account → Type “Please delete my account” → Tap SEND.​​
• Mac (Uncensor VPN desktop app):​ Open the app → Log in → Click Help → Select Email Support → On the “Contact Us” form, choose Manage the account → Type “Please delete my account” → Click SEND.

Our support team will follow up promptly to complete the deletion process.

3.8 Automated Decision-Making

Uncensor VPN does not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you. All significant decisions regarding service usage, access restrictions, or support are handled with human oversight.
