Uncensor VPN Affiliate Policy

This Affiliate Policy (“Policy”) governs participation in the Uncensor VPN Affiliate Program ("Program") operated by DATA PRIVACY LLC ("We," "Us," "Our"). By registering for or participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate," "You," or "Your") agree to the terms outlined in this Policy, as well as the Uncensor VPN Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not participate in the Program.

1. Company Information

The Program is owned and operated by DATA PRIVACY LLC, the company behind Uncensor VPN. Our business is committed to privacy, security, and transparency in both our services and partnerships.

2. Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years of age or have legal capacity under your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate and complete registration details and update them promptly if they change.
• If registering on behalf of a company or entity, have the authority to legally bind that entity.

We may reject applications at our sole discretion, including if your website, content, or promotional methods conflict with our values, applicable laws, or this Policy.

3. Participation in the Program

Through the Program, Affiliates can earn commissions for valid referrals of new customers who purchase Uncensor VPN subscriptions via approved affiliate links.

• Affiliates will be given access to an affiliate dashboard with tracking links, banners, and promotional materials.
• Commissions are earned only for legitimate referrals tracked via affiliate links and verified by our systems.
• Affiliate links may not be used for your own subscription purchases.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

By participating, you agree to:

• Promote Uncensor VPN ethically, transparently, and in compliance with applicable laws.
• Avoid false, misleading, or deceptive advertising practices.
• Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required.
• Keep account credentials secure and confidential.

You may not:

• Use spam, unsolicited email, or comment spam.
• Engage in "Black Hat" SEO or manipulative advertising techniques.
• Use "Uncensor VPN" or similar trademarks in domain names, paid ads, or misleading contexts.
• Place affiliate links on websites promoting illegal or harmful activities.

5. Tracking, Cookies, and Attribution

When a customer clicks your affiliate link, a tracking cookie will be placed on their device, valid for 90 days. If the customer subscribes within that period, the referral will be attributed to you. If the customer deletes cookies, switches devices, or otherwise prevents tracking, we are not responsible for lost attribution.

6. Commissions and Payments

• Commission rates and structures are defined in your affiliate dashboard and may be updated periodically.
• Payouts are made via your selected method (e.g., Cryptomus, bank transfer).
• Payments are processed monthly, subject to verification.
• We may withhold payments for fraud, invalid traffic, self-referrals, or high chargebacks.
• Commissions are not paid on add-ons or non-subscription services.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, banners, and materials related to Uncensor VPN remain the property of DATA PRIVACY LLC. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use these materials solely for promoting the Program. Unauthorized use, including registering domains with our brand, is prohibited.

8. Relationship of Parties

Participation in the Program does not establish a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and DATA PRIVACY LLC.

9. Liability

Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold DATA PRIVACY LLC harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the Program. Our liability is limited to direct damages and capped at the total commission payable to you.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time with written notice. DATA PRIVACY LLC may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for violations, fraud, or legal compliance. Upon termination, all rights to use our materials and access the Program cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Affiliate Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
