30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with our service, you can cancel your subscription and request a full refund within the first 30 days from your initial subscription date. This is part of our Money Back Guarantee. Please note that this guarantee can only be claimed once by new customers, and any changes to your subscription plan (e.g., upgrades) within the first 30 days will void your eligibility for the guarantee. To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] from the email address you registered with and explain the reason for your refund request. We may attempt to resolve the issue you experienced with our service before processing your refund.

Note for Auto-Renewal Customers:

You can adjust or cancel your auto-renewal before the renewal date by contacting our customer support at [email protected] However, refunds will not be issued after the initial 30-day period.

The Money Back Guarantee does not apply to in-app purchases.

Other Refund Requests

Refund requests made after the 30-day Money Back Guarantee period will be considered at our sole discretion. To process a refund request, you must provide evidence that the service was unavailable or unusable during the period you're requesting a refund for, along with proof that the issue was not resolved despite repeated support requests.

If we receive sufficient evidence, we may issue a pro-rata refund for the time the service was unavailable or unusable, at our discretion. These requests should be sent to [email protected] with all necessary supporting evidence.

Please note that non-use of the service alone does not qualify for a refund.

Non-refundable Purchases

Special Accounts: The refund policy does not apply to special accounts issued by Uncensor.io.

Auto-Renewed Subscriptions: If you cancel an auto-renewed subscription, we are not liable to refund you for any unused portion of the term.

Terminated Accounts: If your account is terminated for breaching our terms of service, you are not eligible for a refund.

Free Trials: Customers who have used the free trial before purchasing a subscription are not eligible for the Money Back Guarantee.

Cryptocurrency Payments: Payments made using cryptocurrency are non-refundable.
